How It Works

Create an event
Give your event a title and describe your available times in plain English — like "Tuesday at 3pm or Wednesday morning". Our AI extracts the time slots automatically.

Share with your group
Copy the public link and send it to participants via text, email, Slack, or wherever your group communicates. No one needs to create an account.

Participants respond
Each person selects which times work for them. Times are shown in their local timezone automatically. The whole process takes about 30 seconds.

Pick the best time
Use your admin link to see exactly who can make each time slot. Filter by must-have attendees to find times that work for key people, then confirm your choice.
Tip: Bookmark your admin link to check responses later. Events are automatically deleted 30 days after the scheduled date to protect everyone's privacy.
